General Policy
Due to the collectible and highly speculative nature of trading cards and memorabilia, all sales at BullPen HQ are final. This policy is in place to maintain fairness and transparency in pricing and protect all parties from potential market manipulation.
However, if any issue arises with your purchase, we encourage immediate contact with our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your items, and we will do our utmost to assist you promptly.
Shipping Damage
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please follow these important steps:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not open or alter the damaged package in any way.
- We will arrange for the return of the unopened package at no additional cost to you.
- After inspection and confirmation, we will issue a replacement, provided we have the same item available.
Important Note:
Opening a damaged package voids your eligibility for return, regardless of whether the damage occurred during transit. To remain eligible for replacement, please leave all packaging sealed and contact us immediately.
Manufacturer Defects and Errors
BullPen HQ is not responsible for defects or issues originating during manufacturing or packaging by third-party brands or manufacturers. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Factory-damaged or misprinted cards.
- Missing guaranteed inserts or promotional items.
- Quality control issues or production shortages.
Customers experiencing manufacturing-related issues must contact the respective product manufacturer directly. BullPen HQ will assist customers by providing accurate contact information for manufacturers, who typically address such issues within one year of the product’s official release date.
Memorabilia and Autographed Items
To safeguard the authenticity, integrity, and collectible value of autographed memorabilia, memorabilia items cannot be returned or refunded. All autographed merchandise sold by BullPen HQ includes authentication certificates from reputable, industry-recognized authentication services.
